DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCT TEAMFILL

The main objective of the project is to develop an innovative, high-growth potential IT product prototype based on TeamFill artificial intelligence. In a world where the job selection process is often complex, TeamFill's intelligent video interviewing and candidate assessment platform is a game-changer. Designed to shorten the candidate selection process, TeamFill uses artificial intelligence (AI) to change the way companies hire talent.

Solving customer problems by design:
- For Human Resources (HR) managers - TeamFill alleviates the burden of the manual selection process, allowing HR managers to focus on other critical functions such as integrating new hires and managing employee performance;
- For recruitment agencies - TeamFill serves as a centralized platform that efficiently manages multiple vacancies and candidates, increasing process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The total value of the project is EUR 116.216, of which EUR 86.000 from European Union funds.
The duration of the project activities is from June 2024 to June 2025.
The project will be implemented within 12 months from the date of signing of the contract and will reach the R&D milestone 6 - the creation of a product prototype.
