Job Description: We are looking for a freelance Community Manager to join our team to manage and enhance our community's engagement, organize events, seek partnerships, and curate social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, promote, and organize monthly social, sports, and mastermind events for the community.
• Curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase community interaction and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with guest speakers and manage logistics for their appearances at events.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to enhance the community's offerings.
• Maintain communication channels with community members to foster strong relationships and ensure active participation.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in community management, event organization, or related fields.
• Excellent content creation skills
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
