ICIMS BA/Configuration support engineer
Requirements Management: - Identify and document business goals, business needs and pain points, problem context, functional and non-functional requirements, assumptions and constraints etc. using available channels and analysis techniques. Constantly verify findings with key stakeholders. - Create business flow documentation for ICIMS and keep it updated - Discuss requirements and share updates with ICIMS dev team - Cross-team communication, dependencies alignment and expectations management regarding WD/ICIMS requirements with PeopleTech teams etc. - Identify and verify service SLOs changes. Product Development and Solution analysis and design: - Standardise requirements templates and requirements approaches - Create proposals for Product Manager(s) regarding ICIMS requirements/behavior changes. - Work closely with Team Leads and engineering team(s) to generate potential solution options to meet business needs. Create proposals and present to the decision maker(s). - Scope and define product improvements that tie to identified business goals & customer outcomes. Leverage key platform capabilities where possible or help improve them. Team(s) Support: - Ongoing support of the team(s) during planning and implementation activities - Backlog management and prioritisation Participation in Testing - Its expected that ICIMS BSA will participate in executive testing
