Business Development Manager (Hybrid)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in business development, the ability to make independent decisions, complete tasks, and provide expert consultations in this field. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business development initiatives aimed at company growth in the IT sector;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies;
- Provide expert advice and consultation on business development matters.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Lithuanian citizens;
- Proven experience in business development;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of IT;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Valid driving licence;
- Having a personal car would be a significant advantage.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. Salary: 2500 - 3000 gross (depending on competencies and experience) Location: Vilnius (Hybrid work model, based on agreement) Job type: Full-time, with the possibility of negotiating part-time arrangements.
